We are currently experiencing issues with two of our VOLE nodes. We are aware of the issue and are working on a fix. You will likely see the error "All configured authentication methods failed" and "Socket error when logging in: client-socket"

Update - 9:41 AM: Two of our VOLE servers were offline. Due to a known issue with VOLE load balancing, new sessions were being directed to the offline servers, which resulted in sessions not being created. Upon reboot, the servers and load balancing seem to have recovered, restoring users the ability to initiate sessions. We will continue work on resolving the load balancing issue and monitor the servers for outages. If you are still having any issues email us at csehelp@umn.edu
